Yoga Classes

With a new class to try every 30-45 minutes, you can take one to stay for all! $30 includes an event bag and a variety of classes for every fitness level. Beginners welcome!

Come for the Yoga, stay for the shopping! jewelry, art, produce, fitness merchandise, clothing, crystals, pottery, homemade goods, smoothing, charcuterie, massage chair, and of course WIT wine and beer for purchase.

Wellness

From mindfulness practices to art and activities, and everything in between. Come learn and explore a variety of lifestyle and wellness stations from our community.

Join us in our tasting room from 6-8pm for our guest speaker. Angie Huestis, a Speaker and Leadership coach for women, who is dedicated to helping women tap into their true identity and reach their full potential. This is going to be a wonderful time to get inspired and the message we tell ourselves that keeps us stuck.
