“Summer in the Vineyard: Olsen Vineyard” – Prosser
It is field trip time! Join us for this combined class and experience. Mid-summer is a critical time in the vineyard as grapes take on their colorful transformation known as veraison. We will tour several sites at Yakima Valley’s Olsen Vineyard, talk about what makes this site special with vineyard manager and our wine educators. The day will include transportation from our Prosser tasting room, lunch, and wine tasting in the vineyard. For those considering coming from afar, contact our wine club manager, Susie, about special discounts on Prosser accommodations.
