Our Story Three friends. A bold idea. A refreshing take on Washington wine.

It Started with Three Friends and a Dream

WIT Cellars was founded by three friends—Cat, Flint, and Gina—who shared a passion for great wine and even better company. After years in the Washington wine world, they took the leap to create something of their own. Not just a winery, but a place rooted in connection, celebration, and a good laugh or two.

Why 'WIT'?

WIT stands for We’re In-it Together—and we mean that. Our story is one of collaboration, creativity, and showing up for each other. From the start, we’ve believed wine should bring people closer—not make them feel like outsiders.

Wine with Personality, Made in Washington

Yes, our wines win awards. But more importantly? They tell a story. We make bold reds, vibrant whites, and a few bubbly curveballs that reflect who we are—craft-focused, community-driven, and just a little bit cheeky.

Everything we bottle is rooted in the land we love and the relationships we’ve built across Washington wine country—from the growers to the glass.

We Set Out to Change the Way People Experience Wine Tasting

From the beginning, we believed that wine shouldn’t be intimidating—it should be inclusive, joyful, and a little unexpected. That’s why our tasting experiences feel more like a gathering of friends than a presentation. Whether you know your way around a Syrah or just like “whatever’s cold,” you’ll be welcomed with the same warmth and poured something we think you’ll love.

Because for us, this was never just about wine. It was about being in it together.
